NRS 63.030 “Facility” defined. 1. “Facility” means a state facility for the detention or commitment of children which is administered by the State of Nevada. 2. The term includes, but is not limited to, the Nevada Youth Training Center and the Caliente Youth Center. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1095)
