NRS 63.040 “Gift account” defined. 1. “Gift account” means a gift account established for a facility in the Department of Human Services’ Gift Fund. 2. The term includes the gift accounts established for the Nevada Youth Training Center and for the Caliente Youth Center. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1095)
