NRS 630.045 Purpose of licensing; license is revocable privilege. 1. The purpose of licensing physicians, genetic counselors, perfusionists, physician assistants, anesthesiologist assistants and practitioners of respiratory care is to protect the public health and safety and the general welfare of the people of this State. 2.
