NRS 630.103 Executive Director of Board: Employment and discharge; serves as chief administrative officer; level of compensation. 1. The Board shall employ a person as the Executive Director of the Board. 2. The Executive Director serves as the chief administrative officer of the Board at a level of compensation set by the Board. 3.
