NRS 630A.140 Officers; applications for licenses and certificates received through Secretary-Treasurer; salary of Secretary-Treasurer. 1. The Board shall elect from its members a President, a Vice President and a Secretary-Treasurer. The officers of the Board hold their respective offices during its pleasure. 2. The Board shall receive through its Secretary-Treasurer applications for the licenses and certificates issued under this chapter. 3. The Secretary-Treasurer is entitled to receive a salary, in addition to the salary paid pursuant to NRS 630A.160, the amount of which must be determined by the Board.
