NRS 632.0168 “Nursing assistant trainee” defined. “Nursing assistant trainee” means a person who is: 1. Enrolled in a training program required for certification as a nursing assistant; or 2. Awaiting the results of a certification examination. (Added to NRS by 1989, 2008)
