NRS 632.293 Designation of types of medical facilities that may employ medication aides - certified; notice; regulations. 1. The Board shall designate by regulation the types of medical facilities that may employ medication aides - certified. 2. If a designated facility elects to employ one or more medication aides - certified, the facility shall notify the Board in the manner prescribed by the Board. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1325)
