NRS 634.017 “Malpractice” defined. “Malpractice” means failure on the part of a chiropractic physician to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by chiropractic physicians in good standing in the community in which he or she practices. (Added to NRS by 1983, 418)
