NRS 636.0211 “Optometric telemedicine” defined. “Optometric telemedicine” means the use of telehealth, as defined in NRS 629.515, by a licensee who is located at a distant site to deliver health care services to a patient who is located at an originating site. The term includes, without limitation, synchronous optometric telemedicine and asynchronous optometric telemedicine. (Added to NRS by 2023, 1456)
