NRS 637B.237 Apprentices: Identification; use of title in advertisements or promotional materials. 1. A licensed apprentice shall, while engaged in the practice of fitting and dispensing hearing aids, identify himself or herself as an apprentice. 2. Any advertisement or promotional materials that refer to an apprentice must identify the apprentice as an apprentice. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2300)
