NRS 640B.250 Preparation, maintenance and disclosure of certain information regarding applicants and licensees; record of proceedings and transactions; seal; enforcement of chapter. 1. The Board shall prepare and maintain a separate list of: (a) The licensees. (b) The applicants for a license. (c) The licensees whose licenses have been revoked or suspended within the preceding year. 2. The Board shall, upon request, disclose the information included in each list and may charge a fee for a copy of a list. 3. The Board shall: (a) Prepare and maintain a record of its proceedings and transactions; (b) Adopt a seal of which each court in this State shall take judicial notice; and (c) Enforce the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
