NRS 640E.140 Purpose; revocable privilege. 1. The purpose of licensing dietitians is to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the people of this State. 2. Any license issued pursuant to this chapter is a revocable privilege. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1499)
