NRS 641.0293 Applicability of chapter: Certain employees of State or Federal Government. A person who is employed by: 1. The Federal Government and who practices psychology within the scope of that employment is not subject to the provisions of this chapter. 2. The State or Federal Government and who provides behavioral health promotion and prevention services within the scope of that employment is not subject to the provisions of this chapter.
