NRS 641.173 Application for license, registration or provisional license: Submission of official transcripts by alternate means. If the Board requires an applicant for a license, registration or provisional license pursuant to this chapter to submit official transcripts as proof of his or her educational qualifications, the Board must provide an alternate means for the applicant to submit official transcripts if: 1. The college or university from which the applicant graduated has closed or has merged with another institution; and 2. The provision of official transcripts by ordinary means is not available or possible. (Added to NRS by 2021, 3484; A 2025, 1163)
