NRS 642.363 Funeral establishments: Permit required before operation; separate permit required for each establishment. 1. The owner of a funeral establishment shall not operate or allow another person to operate the establishment unless the owner has been issued a permit by the Board to operate the funeral establishment. 2. If a person owns more than one funeral establishment, the person must submit an application and obtain a permit for each funeral establishment he or she owns. (Added to NRS by 1995, 266)
