“Makeup artist” defined.

NRS 644A.105 “Makeup artist” defined. “Makeup artist” means a natural person who: 1. Engages in the practice of makeup artistry; or 2. Instructs other persons in the practice of makeup artistry, Ê regardless of whether the person is licensed by the Board in any branch of cosmetology. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2393)
