NRS 644A.505 Duplicate license or certificate of registration; fee. 1. A person licensed or registered pursuant to this chapter may obtain a duplicate of that license or certificate for any reason. 2. To obtain a duplicate license or certificate a person must: (a) Request a duplicate license or certificate from the Board; and (b) Pay a fee of $25.
