NRS 644A.915 Unlawful acts concerning practice of barbering. It is unlawful for any person licensed or registered pursuant to this chapter to engage in any act or practice which constitutes a violation of subsection 6 or 7 of NRS 643.190. (Added to NRS by 1969, 1164; A 2005, 2647; 2017, 581)
