NRS 645H.710 Disciplinary or other action for failure to pay money owed to Division. In addition to any other remedy or penalty, the Division may: 1. Refuse to issue a certificate of registration or permit to a person who has failed to pay any money which the person owes to the Division. 2. Refuse to renew, or suspend or revoke, the certificate of registration or permit of a person who has failed to pay that money. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2828)
