Failure to comply with notice of violation is grounds for suspension, revocation or denial of license, registration or application.

NRS 648.164 Failure to comply with notice of violation is grounds for suspension, revocation or denial of license, registration or application. 1. The failure of a licensee or registered employee to comply with a notice of violation after it is final is a ground for suspension or revocation of the person’s license or registration. 2. The failure of an applicant for a license or registration to comply with a notice of violation after it is final is a ground for denial of the person’s application for a license or registration.
