Change of location of business.

NRS 649.325 Change of location of business. 1. A collection agency shall not remove its business location from the place of business as stated in the record of the licensee except upon prior approval by the Commissioner in writing. 2. If the removal is approved, the Commissioner shall note the change in the record of the licensee.
