NRS 670B.460 Maintenance and accessibility of records; retention of loan file. A private education lender shall: 1. Establish and maintain records and permit the Division of Financial Institutions to access and copy any records required to be maintained pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; and 2. Retain a loan file, including, without limitation, any record specified for retention by regulations adopted by the Commissioner, for not less than 6 years after the termination of the private education loan account.
