NRS 670B.550 Compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations required; violation of such federal law or regulation deemed violation of chapter. A student loan servicer and private education lender shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to student loan servicing or lending, including, without limitation, the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq., and the regulations promulgated thereunder. In addition to any other remedies provided by law, a violation of any such federal law or regulation shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2023, 2874)
