NRS 673.278 Power to make loans includes power to purchase loans and make loans upon security of other loans. The power of a savings bank to make loans shall include: 1. The power to purchase loans of any type that the savings bank may make. 2. The power to make loans upon the security of loans of any type that the savings bank may make.
