“Person” defined.

NRS 676A.180 “Person” defined. “Person” means an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited-liability company, association, joint venture or any other legal or commercial entity. The term does not include a public corporation, government or governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality. (Added to NRS by 2009, 1972)
