NRS 677.355 Licensee may own interest in bank or savings bank. The provisions of this chapter do not prohibit a licensee or a person owning an interest in a licensee from obtaining a license or owning an interest in a corporation licensed under chapter 659 or 673 of NRS. (Added to NRS by 1983, 1605)
