“Adult-use cannabis distributor” defined.

NRS 678A.030 “Adult-use cannabis distributor” defined. “Adult-use cannabis distributor” means a business that: 1. Is licensed by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.250; and 2. Transports cannabis or adult-use cannabis products from an adult-use cannabis establishment to another adult-use cannabis establishment. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3770)
