NRS 678A.250 “Usable cannabis” defined. 1. “Usable cannabis” means the dried leaves and flowers of a plant of the genus Cannabis, and any mixture or preparation thereof, that are appropriate for the medical use of cannabis or the adult use of cannabis. 2.
