NRS 678B.625 Posting of frequently asked questions pertaining to operations of licensees; required updates. The Board shall post on its Internet website a list of frequently asked questions pertaining to the operations of licensees. The list must be updated: 1. Each calendar quarter with relevant questions received by the Board during the immediately preceding calendar quarter; and 2. Not more than 30 days after the date on which the Board provides any training to licensees relating to the operation of licensees with relevant questions relating to the training provided.
