NRS 701.560 “Federal grant” defined. “Federal grant” means money authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to: 1. Create a revolving loan fund to assist in the financing of the construction of renewable energy projects; or 2. Fund set-aside programs authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
