NRS 704.322 “Security” defined. As used in NRS 704.322 to 704.328, inclusive, “security” means any note, stock, treasury stock, bond, debenture or other evidence of interest in or indebtedness of a person, firm or corporation. (Added to NRS by 1957, 444)
