“Electric utility” defined.

NRS 704.7333 “Electric utility” defined. “Electric utility” means any public utility that is in the business, on lands within this State, as sole owner or co-owner of an asset that provides sales or service of electricity to customers within or outside of this State. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2214)
