NRS 704.7734 Solar-powered affordable housing system: Limitation on eligibility for tariff. [Effective through December 31, 2029.] For any tariff or tariffs which relate to a solar-powered affordable housing system described in NRS 704.7733, eligibility must be limited to a total capacity of not more than 50 megawatts.
