NRS 704.7988 Modifications recommended by the Commission; actions by utility. If the Commission deems inadequate any portion of a transmission infrastructure for a clean energy economy plan or any amendment to the plan, the Commission, as provided in NRS 704.751, may recommend to the electric utility a modification of that portion of the plan or amendment, and the electric utility may: 1.
