“Taxicab motor carrier” defined.

NRS 706.126 “Taxicab motor carrier” defined. 1. “Taxicab motor carrier” means any person who operates a taxicab. 2. “Taxicab motor carrier” does not include: (a) Any employer operating a vehicle for the transportation of the employees of that employer, whether or not the employees pay for the transportation. (b) A person who is the lessee of a taxicab pursuant to NRS 706.473. (Added to NRS by 1971, 689; A 1979, 916, 1003; 1985, 318; 1989, 1786; 1993, 2650)
