“Cardholder” defined.

NRS 97A.040 “Cardholder” defined. “Cardholder” means a person: 1. Who establishes a credit card account; 2. Whose name appears on the credit card issued on that account; and 3. Who is liable for the payment of all charges incurred on that account. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2597)
