NRS 721.020 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 721.030 to 721.080, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2013, 253)

NRS 721.030 “Electronic” defined. “Electronic” means relating to technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic or similar capabilities. (Added to NRS by 2013, 253)

NRS 721.040 “Legal material” defined. “Legal material” means, whether or not in effect: 1. The Nevada Constitution; 2. The Statutes of Nevada; 3. The Nevada Revised Statutes; and 4. The Nevada Administrative Code. (Added to NRS by 2013, 253)
