I. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent a person licensed by this state pursuant to any other provision of law from performing the occupation for which he or she is licensed. II. Nothing in this chapter shall require a residential care or health facility licensed pursuant to RSA 151:2 to obtain an establishment license under this chapter.
