I. No person, processor, packer, distributor/wholesaler, retailer or food service facility shall sell, deliver, donate or use shell eggs or packaging that do not meet the requirements of these regulations. II. No person, processor, packer, distributor/wholesaler, retailer or food service facility shall sell, deliver, donate or use adulterated shell eggs or packaging.
