The commission may seek financial and compliance reports from its agents periodically and may conduct audits of these reports to ensure that the state receives the agreed upon revenue sharing proceeds.

The commission shall retain oversight of its agents to ensure that all sports wagering activities are conducted in accordance with this statute and any rules adopted by the commission.

Nothing in this chapter shall apply to fantasy sports contests authorized pursuant to RSA 287-H.
