There shall be no liability imposed by law on the department or the state for any act in any way related, directly or indirectly, to the granite state home mitigation and resiliency program.

Any person aggrieved by any act of the commissioner under this chapter may file a request for hearing pursuant to RSA 400-A:17, II(b).
