13:1K-18. Rules and regulations
The department shall adopt pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1984, c. 210, s. 4, eff. Dec. 10, 1984.
