13:1L-14.1. Definitions
1. As used in this act: "Division" means the Division of Parks and Forestry in the Department of Environmental Protection. "State entity" means a department, agency, or office of State government, including a State university or college, or an authority created by the State. L.1993,c.106,s.1.
