13:9-13. General powers of state firewarden
The State firewarden, under the direction of the commissioner, shall administer and supervise the forest fire service, cooperating agencies and such laws as shall deal with the protection of forests from wildfire. Amended by L.1981, c. 369, s. 20, eff. Dec. 30, 1981.
