13:8B-7. Valuation of land subject to restriction
The existence of any conservation restriction or historical preservation restriction acquired pursuant to this act shall be considered by local assessors in establishing the full value of any lands subject to such restriction. L.1979, c. 378, s. 7, eff. Feb. 5, 1980.
