17:14A-84. Custodial possession by commissioner; notice to commissioner
A safe deposit company shall immediately notify the commissioner in writing of any of the actions or proceedings set forth in subsections a. through e. of R.S. 17:14A-80 instituted by or against the safe deposit company. L.1983, c. 566, s. 17:14A-84.
