17:3A-6. Presumption as to prior law

No presumption shall be drawn from the enactment of this act that, prior to its passage, liquidators were without power or authority to destroy the records, documents and other papers of a corporation or those relating to its liquidation. L.1948, c. 266, p. 1158, s. 6.
