17:48C-28.1 Definitions.
21. As used in sections 21 through 25 of P.L.2014, c.81 (C.17:48C-28.1 through C.17:48C-28.5): "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance. "Dental service corporation" means an entity authorized to transact business in this State pursuant to P.L.1968, c.305 (C.17:48C-1 et seq.). L.2014, c.81, s.21.
