17:48E-44. Rules, regulations
The commissioner, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall promulgate rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. L. 1985, c. 236, s. 44, eff. July 15, 1985.
