17:9A-203. Approval of agreement by commissioner; review
The merger agreement, executed by all the parties thereto, shall be submitted to the commissioner, and thereafter all proceedings thereon shall be as prescribed by section 136. L.1948, c. 67, p. 343, s. 203.
